Workshop Supervisor - Sheetmetal Industry

Woodroffe Skylights Pty Ltd are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Pooraka for an immediate start.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong sheetmetal experience who can lead by example and supervise both factory staff and onsite installers. The successful applicant will report directly to the Director of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day to day workshop operations

• Managing and supporting factory staff & installers

• Hands on sheetmetal fabrication & workshop duties when required

• Organising workflow & ensuring jobs are completed on time

• Purchasing materials & supplies using computer systems

• Maintaining quality control & safe work practices

• Liaising directly with the Director regarding production & scheduling

About You:

• Previous experience in a workshop supervisory role

• Strong sheetmetal/fabrication background

• Ability to manage teams & coordinate installations

• Competent computer skills for purchasing & job management

• Reliable, organised & able to work independently

• Strong communication & leadership skills
