About the role

Chef de Partie at Talulah, a high-volume, established Newcastle café with a big focus on great food, great people and creating a kitchen culture that people actually enjoy being part of. You'll work alongside an experienced Head Chef, have the opportunity to learn and develop, and be given more responsibility as you prove yourself.

About you

• Ideally, you've already worked as a CDP or in a similar role in a quality, high-volume kitchen
• Open to a strong Commis or Demi Chef who is ready to step up
• Character, work ethic and attitude will beat a fancy CV
• Enthusiastic, capable, hardworking
• Team-first mentality
• High standards without the ego
• Wants to be surrounded by other good people who care
