As a Leasing Executive, you will manage the end-to-end leasing process, including onboarding new managements, advertising properties, conducting inspections, assessing tenant suitability, and coordinating ongoing maintenance on behalf of owners. You will liaise regularly with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and internal teams to ensure properties are well managed and compliant.

While based in the Canning Vale office, this role involves significant time in the field conducting inspections and viewings. Some evening and weekend work will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Processing & Onboarding New Managements

Welcome landlords and establish digital filesComplete compliance checks (CTs, CMAs)Arrange landlord insurance, building and depreciation quotesIssue charges and ensure accurate system uploads

Leasing

Advertise properties for leaseConduct home opens and inspectionsProcess applications and assess tenant suitabilityNegotiate between landlords and prospective tenantsCoordinate lease handovers

Maintenance

Manage tenant maintenance requestsAssess validity prior to loggingLiaise with landlords, obtain quotes, and arrange repairsClose maintenance jobs once invoices are received

Court Preparation (if required)

Apply for court orders via the eCourts portalPrepare documentation and attend hearings
