About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for Recruitment Support Officer’s to join our East Coast Recruitment Team based in our Brisbane Head Office in Milton.

This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting recruitment activities across a range of blue-collar workforce projects.

You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while providing essential support to our recruitment and operations teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
Coordinate and manage candidate onboarding activities.
Assist with employee training bookings, compliance requirements, and record management.
Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems and platforms.
Support procurement processes and invoice management.
Prepare and distribute internal and external reports.
Provide administrative support to operational teams as required.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
Contribute to an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

What you will bring

Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar support role (highly regarded).
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in building positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
A strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and changing environment.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
