HIRING — Restaurant Supervisor | The Cottage Balmain (Sydney)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our close-knit team at The Cottage Balmain — a heritage-listed, courtyard-style venue with a focus on quality food, premium drinks, and genuine hospitality.

What we’re looking for:

⭐ Strong floor presence and confident leadership during service

⭐ Ability to supervise and support front-of-house staff

⭐ Excellent customer service and communication skills

⭐ Experience with SevenRooms, running sections, and coordinating with the kitchen/bar

⭐ A positive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for creating great guest experiences

Details:

Full-time opportunity - just 42hrs a week - Sunday/Monday off. No unpaid overtime.
