Disability Support Worker– North & South of the River

Happy Healthy Care (Topaz Care Pty Ltd) is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Staff to join our growing team across Perth's North of the River (NOR) and South of the River (SOR).

As a Support worker, you will play an important role in supporting individuals living with disability to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively participate in their communities.

North of the River (NOR)
Beldon, Wanneroo, Pearsall, Morley, Nollamara, Hocking, Leederville, Beechboro, Merriwa, Wembley Downs, Jindalee , Girrawheen, Mindarie, Kingsley, and Eden Hill.

South of the River (SOR)
Cooloongup, Gosnells, Camillo, Cannington, Manning, Shelley, Bertram, Thornlie, Kelmscott, Armadale, Kewdale, Hilbert, Como, Waikiki, Seville Grove, Baldivis, and Wellard.

About the Role

• Provide person-centred support tailored to participants' individual needs and goals.

• Assist with daily living activities, community access, and social participation.

• Support participants in maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

• Work collaboratively with participants, families, and the broader support team.

Essential Requirements

• A caring, professional, and person-centred approach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• Working with Children Check, where applicable.
