Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Data Analyst (Decision Intelligence) to transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves analyzing business performance, identifying trends, evaluating opportunities and risks, and developing data-driven recommendations. You will work with stakeholders to define business questions, establish meaningful KPIs, analyze datasets, develop dashboards and analytical models, and communicate findings through clear reports and presentations. The ideal candidate can connect data with business objectives, challenge assumptions, identify patterns, and translate analytical results into practical decisions that improve performance, efficiency, and long-term business outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, and decision-making frameworks.Proficiency in SQL and Excel; knowledge of Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous.Strong quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, data visualization, and analytical reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.High attention to detail, structured thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
