Night Auditor

Peppers The Hills Lodge is a 4 1/2 Star Boutique Hotel, with 97 rooms. Perfectly located in the heart of Norwest Business Park. The Hills Lodge offers a range of Guest facilities, starting from our well-known reputable restaurant Nobles, Temple Day Spa, Outdoor lap pool, and 5 spacious Event spaces. 

We have an exciting role which has become available for a Casual Night Auditor to cover ongoing weekly shifts on Saturday-Monday during the hours of 11pm - 7am, with potential for more shifts. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for managing the front desk during overnight hours, assisting guests, and completing daily financial and administrative tasks.

What your day will look like:

• Greet and assist guests during the overnight shift

• Handle check-ins and check-outs

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions

• Prepare daily reports for management

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift

What the ideal candidate will have:

• Sound knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tech Savvy

• Ability to work independently & within a team environment

• Ability to handle issues in calm manner - Think outside the box

• Ability to work under pressure

• Advanced communication skills

• Well organized, with excellent attention to detail & time management

• Be motivated and responsible & have a friendly & outgoing personality
