Receptionist with Automotive Service Experience

About Us
We are a busy and well-established automotive service centre seeking a friendly and organised all-rounder to join our team. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, and service advisor support.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in keeping our front office running smoothly while supporting our workshop with administrative functions.

• Greeting customers and managing front desk operations

• Answering phones and booking service appointments

• Booking vehicles into our web based/ Mobile system.

• Preparing invoices and processing payments

• Data entry of job cards, customer details and parts.

• General administrative and office support

• Previous experience in reception, admin or service advisor role

• Previous experience withing the Automotive industry

• Strong customer service and communication skills is a must as you will be the first point of contact for all customers.

• Good computer skills - Our Job cards, bookings etc are all web based. Using "Workshop Software"

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable, organised, and able to multitask

• un-restricted drivers license
