About the role
MYLO is one of Australia's fastest-growing property compliance businesses, helping rental properties across Melbourne meet electrical safety and smoke alarm requirements.
We're looking for 2 qualified electricians to join our growing team.
This is a straightforward electrical role with less physical strain, predictable hours and no weekend work.
Start each day from home, complete a reasonable number of scheduled residential jobs across Melbourne, and finish your day from home.
Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
Reasonable number of scheduled jobs per day
No weekends
Company vehicle, tools and uniform provided
Stable, long-term employment
Scheduling team manages your daily run
Electrical Supervisor available for technical support
Work independently without being left on your own

Genuine work/life balance
You'll visit residential rental properties to:
Inspect, install and maintain smoke alarms
Inspect and upgrade electrical safety systems
Work with switchboards, circuit breakers, RCDs, RCCBs and RCBOs
Ensure properties meet rental electrical safety standards
Complete compliance documentation
Communicate professionally with property managers, tenants and homeowners
Current Electrical Licence
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Good attention to detail
Current driver's licence
Police check or willingness to obtain one
Newly qualified electricians are welcome
