What you'll be doing?

Lead daily operations - Plan, organise, and guide a small team of Precast Operators to meet production targets.

Maintain a safe work environment - Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in line with site safety requirements.

Deliver high-quality products - Oversee efficient production while upholding high standards of workmanship and professional conduct.

Model best practice - Set the standard for all stages of precast manufacture, including mould preparation, concrete placement and finishing, demoulding, stacking, storage, housekeeping, and worksite organisation.

Develop and support employees - Provide coaching to team members and assist in the training and onboarding of new employees.

Ensure compliance with specifications - Verify that all products meet engineering drawings, quality standards, and procedural requirements.

Promote teamwork and communication - Foster a positive, cooperative work environment within the team and the wider workforce.

Follow company policies - Adhere to all company procedures, safety rules, and operational guidelines at all times.

Who are they looking for?

Relevant trade experience - Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Hazard identification/awareness - Ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.

Forklift licence - Preferred, but not mandatory. Having a forklift licence will enhance your ability to perform certain tasks efficiently.
