What you'll be doing

To provide a range of building and maintenance services to Randwick Campus Hospitals and offsite facilities to enable them to achieve their objectives in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria

1. A trade certificate in carpentry or joinery and demonstrated experience in the field of carpentry maintenance/renovation in residential or commercial environment
2. Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for building, fabric, fittings and fixtures
3. Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in regards to repairs and maintenance works
4. Ability to use computer software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with local procedures
5. Ability to work evenings and weekends based on the demands of the service
6. Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and practises
7. Current Motor Vehicle Drivers License and a Construction Induction Card (white card). Current First Aid Certificate is preferred but not essential
