You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. • Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
• Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
• Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
• If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.

Who Fits This Role

• First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check in place
• Strength coaching for everyday people, not just athletes
• Ready to build something that lasts
• Cert III/IV qualified, or nearly there
