Horticultural & Garden Maintenance Operator

Farax are currently recruiting for experienced Horticultural & Garden Maintenance Operators to join our client’s projects based from Rockingham and Kwinana

This role will see you working across commercial landscape and horticultural projects within a team-focused environment. We are looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and can maintain a high standard across all tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Mower operations
• Tractor operations
• Whipper Snipper
• Herbicide spraying
• Pruning & hedging
• Mulching (manual & skid steer)
• Fertilising
• Slashing
• General garden maintenance & rubbish removal

Minimum Requirements:

• Current C Class Driver’s Licence 
• Australian Work Rights (with no restrictions)
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol test
• Ability to work safely within a team environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Desirable but not essential:

• Qualifications in Horticulture
• Agriculture experience
• Experience working within commercial or high-profile locations
• Skid steer or other relevant machinery experience
