About the role

As a Project Manager with Zambrero you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of Zambrero construction projects, from concept to defect rectification. Including: planning, staffing, implementation, control, delivery and evaluation.

What you'll do

• Provide guidance and assistance in the costing of Scope of Works for individual restaurants in conjunction with Development Agents (DA’s) / Franchise Partners (FP’s)

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards in the delivery of projects

• Manage project contractors according to the established policies and practices of the organisation

• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

• Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures including record keeping
   

What you'll bring

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in (Construction) Project Management and/or building trade qualified

• At least 2+ years working in a similar or comparable role within retail, hospitality, healthcare or construction management

• Ability to manage 4 - 5 projects at one time while in varying stages of completion.
