About the Role:
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position to cover parental leave until late October 2027 at 1.0 FTE per fortnight within the Physiotherapy Department. Details of each role and the current clinical vacancy associated with that role are outlined below. Various roles and FTE available!
You will be working within the orthopaedic stream where the current clinical vacancy exists in the areas of inpatient orthopaedic surgery, limb reconstruction and orthopaedic outpatients. Some changes in clinical area allocation may occur to achieve best fit across the stream. If you would like to further discuss the potential clinical area allocations, we encourage you to make contact prior to submitting your application. All staff within the orthopaedic stream are involved in working across other areas of the stream at times, including inpatient and outpatient orthopaedics and musculoskeletal, post-operative and acute respiratory care, burns, plastics, haematology, rheumatology, lymphoedema, developmental care and aquatic therapy. Service delivery within other Physiotherapy streams may be required to meet workforce demands as directed by the manager.
Internally, this position may also be known and/or referred to as: Physiotherapist (Grade 2) - Orthopaedics.
Classification for this position is in accordance with Award 01 - Allied Health.
This will range from VB1 (Grade 2, Year 1) to VB4 (Grade 2, Year 4), FTE base salary $90,235.60-$103,724.40 per annum, plus superannuation.
