Lifeguard

About the role 

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for overseeing pool activities and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. A key part of the role involves implementing Life Saving Victoria’s Watch Around Water program and venue-specific deployment plans, helping to promote safe aquatic practices and educate the community.

• Dandenong Oasis
• Noble Park Aquatic Centre
• Springers Leisure Centre
• Dandenong Stadium

These facilities attract over 2 million annual attendances and are a significant and important interface between Council and our diverse community.

It's an exciting time to join South East Leisure as we prepare to open the new Dandenong Wellbeing Centre – a world-class facility designed to support health, fitness and community connection.
