Join the award-winning Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Service team as our Customer Contact Consultant! We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our high-performing team based in Newstead.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an integral role in delivering a premium Mercedes-Benz experience. You will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, support customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, and help ensure a seamless journey across our dealership.

Key Responsibilities Include

Managing inbound and outbound customer callsDelivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiencesBooking appointments and supporting dealership enquiriesLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolutionHandling customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and careAccurately maintaining customer information across multiple systemsSupporting the wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and performance outcomes

About You

Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone mannerStrong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping peopleThe ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong computer literacyA positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a teamPrevious experience in a contact centre, customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar role (Previous experience in a similar or related role is highly encouraged)
