The opportunity

This is your chance to manage a tightly‑held, drama‑free portfolio of approximately 130 properties with a great salary package + incentives + BDM opportunities, working alongside a fun, highly experienced, award‑winning team.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll have the support of fellow team members who take care of leasing, accounts, and administration, allowing you to focus on what you do best — managing your portfolio with confidence and clarity.

Your 2+ years of PM experience, solutions‑focused attitude, outstanding communication + time management skills, and attention to detail will see you thrive in this role. If you’re confident, organised, and enjoy building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, this role will suit you perfectly.
