Registered Nurse  -General Practice
Permanent Part-Time | 2 Days per Week

Complete Care Preston is a well-established, Mixed billing general practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred healthcare in a friendly and supportive environment.

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing team on a permanent part-time basis.
Previous General Practice Nursing experience is essential, and experience using Best Practice software  and Hotdoc will be highly regarded.

About the Position
This is a permanent part-time role working 2 days per week
There are no evening or weekend shifts or public holiday providing an excellent work-life balance.
You will work closely with our GPs and administration team to deliver high-quality clinical care and support the smooth operation of our treatment room.
Key Responsibilities

• Chronic Disease Management and Care Plans

• Health Assessments

• Childhood and Adult Immunisations

• Recall and Reminder Management

• Triage and Clinical Assessment

• Wound Care and Injury Management

• Assisting GPs with Minor Procedures

• Treatment Room Management

• Stock Control and Ordering

• Infection Prevention and Control

• Patient Education and Health Promotion

• Supporting quality improvement activities

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and high clinical standards

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous General Practice Nursing experience

• Current CPR certification

• Accredited Nurse Immuniser

• Current Working with Children Check

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• A caring, professional and patient-focused approach
