Team members work in a supportive environment that values professional growth, ethical practice, and high-quality client service.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Senior Physiotherapist role based in Frankston South, VIC. The Senior Physiotherapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions for diverse client presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a clinical caseload, documenting progress notes, liaising with referrers and other health professionals, and contributing to care pathways and rehabilitation programs. The role also involves mentoring junior clinicians or support staff, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and participating in case discussions and professional development activities. The Senior Physiotherapist is expected to uphold clinical best practices, maintain accurate records, and provide a welcoming, respectful experience for all clients.Qualifications Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain), with several years of post-graduate clinical experience.Strong skills in musculoskeletal and orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription across varied age groups.Experience in rehabilitation planning, goal setting, outcome measurement, and client education to support functional improvement and self-management.Ability to collaborate effectively with general practitioners, specialists, allied health professionals, and support staff in a multidisciplinary environment.Proficient clinical documentation, time management, and caseload prioritization skills using electronic practice management systems.Demonstrated mentoring or leadership capability, including supporting junior clinicians and contributing to clinical standards and protocols.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered, inclusive approach and commitment to non-discriminatory care.Relevant postgraduate training or certifications in areas such as sports physiotherapy, chronic pain, or neurological rehabilitation are highly regarded.
