The Opportunity
The role of Study Coordinator plays a key part in how Momentum Clinical Research delivers high-quality clinical trials across Australia and New Zealand. Based at our site in Darlinghurst working 38 hours per week you will support the end-to-end delivery of clinical studies, working closely with investigators, participants, and wider site and support teams. Your work will directly contribute to ethical, compliant, and participant-focused research that makes a real difference to patient outcomes.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Coordinate and deliver clinical trial activities in line with study protocols, GCP, regulatory requirements, and site SOPs
Manage participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, and enrolment
Schedule, conduct, and monitor participant visits, ensuring accurate and timely data collection
Prepare, maintain, and manage study documentation and trial materials
Work closely with Principal Investigators, sponsors, CRAs, and site teams to ensure smooth trial delivery
Complete data entry and support reporting requirements
Ensure readiness for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
Contribute to a positive, collaborative site culture where quality and participant care come first
About You
You’ll bring:
At least 2 years’ experience working in clinical research or willing to learn
Must have phlebotomy skills/cannulation skills or be willing to be trained
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time-management skills
Confidence in communicating with participants, investigators, and external stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
AHPRA Registration advantageous
Sexual Health experience advantageous.
