Qualified Electrician

Next Generation Energy is a growing renewable energy company specialising in solar installations. We are seeking a fully qualified electrician to join our team, with the majority of work focused on residential and commercial solar systems.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and fault-finding of solar PV systems, with occasional general electrical work as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of solar PV systems

• Electrical testing, fault-finding, and repairs

• Compliance with all electrical and safety standards

• Working independently and as part of a team on-site

• Providing high-quality workmanship and customer service

Requirements

• Fully qualified electrician (relevant licence/certification required)

• Experience with solar PV systems preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)

• Strong understanding of electrical regulations and safety standards

• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops

• Full driver’s licence

• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
