About the role:

Join a highly regarded Corporate Advisory team and work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, advising a diverse client base on matters with a focus on Financial Services Regulation and Funds Management. Your work will include:

• Financial services regulatory and compliance advice
• Establishment, structuring and governance of investment funds
• AFSL and Australian Credit Licence matters
• Product disclosure statements and other offer documentation
• Investment management and commercial agreements
• Corporate transactions involving financial services businesses
• AML/CTF advice, programs, independent evaluations and relief applications
• Payment systems and payment product regulation
• Fintech, digital assets, tokenisation and blockchain matters

The ideal candidate:

• Have 2–4 years’ PQE gained within a reputable law firm
• A genuine interest in developing your expertise in financial services and investment structures.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
