If you’re an experienced Property Manager who is sick of jobs where “support” means someone might answer the phone while you’re drowning, this one is worth a look.

You’ll manage an established portfolio of approximately 160–180 residential properties, with full leasing support and an experienced team around you.

The portfolio is structured, the support is genuine and you’ll be able to focus on actually managing your properties properly rather than being pulled into every other function of the department.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of your portfolio, including:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance

• Rent reviews and lease renewals

• Arrears management and tenancy matters

• Routine inspections and reporting

• Ingoing and outgoing tenancy processes

• Bond claims and vacates

• NCAT preparation and attendance where required

• Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant and well managed

You’ll have full leasing support, along with an experienced property management team around you.

• Up to $110,000 package, depending on experience

• Previous residential Property Management experience

• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation

• Confident communication with landlords and tenants

• Strong organisation and time management

• Someone who takes pride in running a clean, well-managed portfolio
