As a Manager – Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) at PwC, you’ll bring your experience in business valuations, financial modelling, and capital markets to deliver robust valuation insights and advice across deals, reporting, and strategic decision-making, based in Perth / Boorloo. You’ll work with corporate, private equity, and public sector clients, collaborating across teams to support transactions, portfolio reviews, and value creation opportunities.

• Lead robust valuations of businesses, equity interests, and complex financial instruments for a diverse mix of corporate, private equity, and public sector clients.
• Bring clear, practical valuation advice to financial reporting and tax needs, including purchase price allocations, fair value measurement, impairment testing, employee equity plans, and restructuring scenarios.
• Shape transaction outcomes by supporting deal processes with value assessments, synergy and scenario modelling, cost of capital and discount rate analysis, and capital structure / capital management insights.
• Perform portfolio and business reviews that sharpen performance, inform investment decisions, and highlight value creation opportunities.
• Build and review fit-for-purpose financial models (DCF, market multiples, transaction comparables, option pricing and other quantitative techniques) that underpin key decisions.
• Work closely with colleagues across specialties to deliver integrated valuation perspectives throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Create clear, compelling reports and presentations that unpack valuation methodologies, assumptions, sensitivities, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help shape our market presence by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and insights on valuation, capital markets, and value creation.

• Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, FINSIA, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance
• Experience in business valuations across multiple industries
• Proficiency with digital tools and emerging technologies
• Strong communication skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Commercial insight and strategic thinking to advise clients confidently
• Integrity, care, and the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships both internally and with clients
