As a Senior Functional Analyst, you’ll be a trusted partner within the Customer & Energy Solutions product line, ensuring platforms and systems not only run reliably and safely but also truly serve people in a seamless, intuitive way.

In this role, you’ll join a passionate Customer Solutions value stream team, working on a modern technology stack powered by SAP C4C and CDC, enhanced through an exciting multiyear CX uplift transformation program.

You’ll help bring to life a 360-degree customer view, enabling smarter decisions and more meaningful interactions, while continuously evolving the platforms to meet customers’ changing expectations for simplicity, connection, and ease.

A little about you

• Experience with SAP Service & Sales Cloud (C4C) across design to deployment
• Strong grasp of customer service and sales processes with a solution-focused mindset
• Collaborates with teams and stakeholders to deliver SAP C4C-powered solutions
• Builds strong relationships and leads fit-gap analysis with clarity
• Troubleshoots integrations, manages users, and delivers technical solutions
• Experience (or interest) in SAP CDC support and configuration

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field, with utilities experience valued
• Ensures solutions align with architecture principles and standards
• Experience contributing to CRM project delivery and BAU support environments
• Proficient in SAP C4C configuration, tools, and Cloud Applications Studio (OData, ABSL, UI)
• Strong knowledge of integrations across S/4HANA/ECC, CDC, and third-party platforms
