About the Role

You will be carrying out a variety of commercial maintenance and service work across Perth, primarily within:

• Commercial buildings

• Industrial sites

• Strata properties

• Facilities maintenance contracts

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, working alongside a professional and friendly team that takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Essential Requirements

• Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence

• Current WA Driver's Licence

• Construction White Card

• 2+ Years Work Experience in Commercial Maintenance Electrical Field

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Minimum 2 years post-trade experience

• Experienced in commercial maintenance or service work

• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual and well presented

• Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

• Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

• Motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
