About Us:
Join the vibrant, all-inclusive environment at Central Hotel Shellharbour! With diverse shifts across our bar, bistro, gaming areas, and events and shift supervisors. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members who thrive in hospitality.

Your Role Includes:

• Serving drinks and assisting in gaming, bistro, and bar environments.

• Managing POS operations, processing payouts, attending to machine faults.

• Ensuring compliance with RSA/RCG standards and maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

• Collaborating with team members to deliver top-notch guest experience.

What You Need:

• Valid NSW RSA, RCG, and ARCG competency cards - essential

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays—own transport preferred.

• Great communication, a positive attitude, and a team-focused approach.

• Previous bar, gaming, TAB/Keno, bistro and or supervisor & management experience.

• A great personality with a passion for customer service.
