About the role
About us
HWLE is not your typical law firm. Our rapid rise to become the largest legal partnership in Australia shows that in our case, the differences are real. We deliver first class legal advice to our government and commercial clients in every state and territory across Australia. Firm wide, we have over 270 Partners and 1900 people.
The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and detail-oriented Legal Applications Specialist to join our Applications Team. This hands on role focuses on the configuration, enhancement and support of Clio Operate/ShareDo and related legal technology solutions within a leading law firm environment. Working closely with lawyers, business stakeholders and technical specialists, you will translate legal and operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with analysts, developers, integration specialists and support teams to deliver and continuously improve legal technology platforms. While the primary focus is ShareDo administration and configuration, the role also offers exposure to practice management systems, document management, workflow automation, reporting and enterprise integrations.
