The Role

We are seeking a full-time Porter to join our Concierge team. This is your opportunity to foster a career in hospitality within a reputable hotel and be part of a hardworking and innovative team. The ideal candidate must be committed to being part of a team dedicated to providing quality customer service and continually looks for ways to exceed our guests' expectations.

The successful candidate must possess:

• Excellent grooming and presentation

• Great customer service and communication skills

• Good knowledge of Sydney sightseeing spots and general information

• 4.5 or 5 stars hotel experience preferred

• The ability to work professionally under pressure

• The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience

• Ability to work a rotating 7 day roster

• Physically fit to handle luggages and heavy lifting
