CDP - Breakfast chef

About the role

As a Breakfast Chef joining our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting a range of breakfast and brunch dishes during busy service periods. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every dish leaving the pass is cooked to a consistently high standard.

About you

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef is preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to communicate clearly and take direction from the Head Chef

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service

• Excellent food preparation and presentation skills

• High standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organization

• Reliable, punctual and positive attitude

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• A genuine passion for producing great food

• Early mornings and weekend availability are non-negotiable
