Company Description CuraOne Group Pty Ltd provides person-centred aged care, disability and community support services across Sydney.We work with clients, families and approved partner organisations to coordinate reliable support that helps people remain safe, independent and connected in their own homes and communities.As our service network grows, we are building a panel of experienced and compassionate Aged Care Support Workers to provide services across different areas of Sydney.About the OpportunityWe are seeking reliable Independent Contractor Support Workers who are available to accept client referrals based on their location, skills and availability.This is not a guaranteed-hours employment position. Suitable contractors may be offered individual service opportunities and can accept or decline referrals depending on their availability and service area.Services may include:Personal care and assistance with daily livingDomestic assistance and light household tasksMeal preparationShopping assistanceCompanionship and social supportCommunity access and appointmentsRespite supportMedication prompting within scopeMonitoring client wellbeing and reporting concernsCompleting accurate service notes and documentationWhat We Are Looking ForWe would like to hear from people who:Have experience in aged care, disability support, home care or community servicesDemonstrate respectful, person-centred supportCommunicate professionally with clients, families and service coordinatorsUnderstand dignity, privacy, safeguarding and duty of careAre reliable, organised and able to work independentlyCan follow individual care/support plans and service instructionsAre comfortable completing case notes and required documentationHave reliable transport and are willing to travel to client homes within their nominated service areaContractor RequirementsSuccessful contractors will generally be required to provide:Current ABNCurrent National Police CheckCurrent Working With Children Check, where requiredCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationRelevant aged care, disability or community services qualification or demonstrated industry experienceValid Australian working rightsDriver licence and reliable vehicle where required for the serviceAppropriate insurance for contractor workAny additional compliance documents required for particular clients or partner-provider arrangementsLanguages & Cultural ExperienceWe welcome applicants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.Why Work With CuraOne?Flexible contractor opportunitiesChoose referrals based on your availabilityWork within your preferred Sydney service areasOpportunity to support older people to remain independent at homeGrowing client and referral networkProfessional coordination and support from CuraOnePotential for ongoing referrals for reliable, high-quality contractorsService AreasWe are currently interested in contractors across Greater Sydney.
