About the role

Reporting directly to the owners, you will set the strategic direction of the business and be accountable for its overall growth, performance and long-term success. You will lead the senior team across sales, finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and people, while identifying and driving new opportunities for growth.

About you

• Significant senior leadership CEO experience.

• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, agriculture or consumer products.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

• Experience managing operations and supply chains.

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

• A track record of growing revenue and improving business performance.

• Set and drive the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

• Lead and develop the leadership team, creating a high-performance culture.

• Drive revenue, market growth and commercial performance across all channels.

• Own overall financial performance, profitability and business planning.

• Build a scalable, efficient and accountable business across all operations.

• Lead the business's AI and digital transformation to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Develop and strengthen key customer, supplier and strategic partnerships.

• Identify and capitalise on new markets, products and growth opportunities.

• Ensure the business maintains the highest standards of quality, compliance and governance.

About us

Pure Peninsula Honey is a proudly family-owned Australian business based on the Mornington Peninsula, with apiary operations across Bendigo and Mildura. We produce 100% pure Australian honey and play an important role in pollinating crops, while supplying major supermarkets, independent retailers, food manufacturers and loyal customers.
