About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be based at our Chatswood head office and take ownership of day-to-day performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites

• Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning

• Manage inventory, equipment, and sales/performance reporting

• Coordinate communication between head office and individual sites

• Support development of new offerings and assist company leadership

About You:

• Relevant work experience preferred (salary negotiable for experienced candidates)

• Proficient computer skills

• Fluent English

• Reliable and responsible attitude

• Strong team player with a customer-service mindset

• Works well under pressure with a level, steady approach
