About the Role
We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join us in a Practice Manager/Senior Administrative role. This position is suited to an experienced Practice Manager or a strong dental administrator ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow

• Manage staff rostering and schedules

• Handle general administration and patient coordination

• Support the team to maintain high standards of care

• Liaise with clinicians to ensure efficient appointment flow

About You

• Practice Manager experience or strong dental administration background with leadership skills

• Confident in rostering and organisation

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Proactive and solutions-focused

• Ideally located within 10–20 km of South Melbourne
