About Us
First Aid Accident & Emergency (FAAE) is a family-owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based on the Gold Coast. We specialise in First Aid training, Defibrillators, and First Aid Kits. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality training. We're now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our vibrant team.
The Role
This is a full-time position where you'll play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration. You'll work closely with a small, friendly team in a dynamic environment where adaptability and attention to detail are essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (38 hours per week)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Respond to telephone, email, and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information to participants and employers regarding courses and workplace training.
Maintain our Student Management System (aXcelerate): process enrolments, update records, compliance checks, and issue certificates.
Support the management team with administration tasks.
Prepare quotes, invoices, and process payments.
Handle general office duties such as photocopying, filing, mail preparation, archiving and student/trainer resource collation in line with FAAE policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of flexible general office experience with adaptability to various administrative tasks.
Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to complete routine tasks accurately.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
Ability to work effectively in a small team and independently.
Organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
Committed to ethical practices and confidentiality.
Australian work rights required.
Year 12 minimum educational qualification required.
Highly Regarded
Experience with aXcelerate or similiar Student Management Systems
Understanding of RTO compliance within the NVR framework
Previous experience in a similar role
