Our Global Sourcing department is a fast-growing arm of the business, delivering product sourcing, manufacturing and project management for some of Australia's leading brands and retailers. We take ideas from concept through to manufacture and delivery, working with local and international suppliers to produce custom products, retail displays, branded merchandise, packaging and point-of-sale solutions. About the Role:

The Account & Project Coordinator sits at the heart of our day to day operations. You'll be the central coordinator for customer projects, ensuring every job moves efficiently from enquiry through quotation, production and delivery. Working closely with our Directors, Sales team, Industrial Designer and Operations Coordinator, you'll become the trusted contact for many of our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and making things happen.

About You:

You'll ideally have at least 3 years experience in one or more of the following:

• Project Coordination

• Account Management

• Production Coordination

• Manufacturing

• Promotional Products

• Print or Packaging

• Retail Displays

• Supply Chain or Procurement

Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Account Management

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on outstanding ones.

• Coordinate artwork approvals and project information, and keep customers informed throughout each stage.

• Manage customer queries, warranty claims and defect resolutions professionally.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate projects from enquiry through to delivery.

• Liaise with Australian and overseas suppliers, requesting quotations and preparing costing summaries.

• Monitor production schedules and supplier progress.

• Coordinate freight and delivery milestones.

• Work closely with Operations to ensure projects remain on schedule, flagging and resolving project issues before they impact delivery.

Administration

• Prepare sales orders and raise customer invoices.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep customer records and files organised.

• Update and manage our ERP system (Odoo).

• Support reporting and general administration. 

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and the customer experience.

• Contribute to developing standard operating procedures.

• Support the wider team as needed.
