Part-Time Equivalent Hours ?? Competitive Contractor Rates / Percentage Split + CPD Support Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible contractor role within a well-established, supportive paediatric service?
Our client has been supporting children and families across the Mornington Peninsula for over 40 years, delivering high-quality, NDIS-funded services for children aged 0–12 years. They are seeking passionate OT Contractors to join their collaborative multidisciplinary team. ?? About the Role As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will: Work with a diverse paediatric caseload alongside a multidisciplinary team
Provide assessments and evidence-based intervention for children with autism, developmental delays, sensory processing needs, motor skills challenges, self-care, social skills, and executive functioning needs Deliver therapy in clinic, home, school, kindergarten, childcare, and community settings Provide both face-to-face and telehealth services where appropriate
Develop individualised, functional, and goal-directed intervention plans Monitor progress and adjust therapy programs to achieve optimal outcomes Collaborate closely with families, educators, and support networks
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting Work within a supportive, family-centred, and strengths-based practice model ? What’s on Offer?

Current AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy Board of Australia) Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice ? Desirable
Experience in paediatric OT (new graduates and experienced clinicians welcome) Experience in NDIS, disability, or early intervention settings Interest in working across clinic, school, home, and community environments
