In Wealth Financial Services provides high-quality paraplanning and back-office support to licensees and independent financial advisers across Australia. Our team is committed to delivering accurate and compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

The Opportunity

Due to increased demand, we’re expanding our contract paraplanner team. This is a remote, home-based role offering flexibility in both workload and working hours. If you’re looking for consistent work and the freedom to choose how much you take on, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a contract paraplanner, your primary responsibility will be to prepare high-quality, compliant SoAs for our clients. You will:

✅ Work with our workflow coordinator to manage your caseload based on your capacity and expertise.
✅ Liaise directly with financial advisers to clarify details and ensure accuracy.
✅ Receive mentoring to help you quickly adapt to licensee requirements.
✅ Have your work reviewed with constructive feedback to support your ongoing development.

Is This Role Right for You?

We’re looking for experienced paraplanners who can hit the ground running. This role is ideal if you are:

✔️ An established contract paraplanner seeking additional and consistent workflow.
✔️ A full-time paraplanner looking to transition into contracting for greater flexibility.

What You’ll Need

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• At least 2 years of paraplanning experience.

• Proficiency in one or more of Xplan and Xtools+, AdviserLogic, or Plutosoft.

• A Diploma of Financial Planning and a willingness to pursue further qualifications.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A professional and courteous manner.

Please note: This role is not suitable for those with limited paraplanning experience or minimal exposure to the software listed above.

Technical Requirements

To work with us, you’ll need:

💻 A PC with the latest version of MS Office and up-to-date antivirus software.
🔒 The ability to meet stringent security requirements.
📞 Availability to take calls during business hours.
