The Myer team is looking for a Brand Partner Manager (referred to internally as Concessions Manager) for Menswear & Kidswear to join the team!In this role, you will play a key part in delivering Myer’s merchandise strategy by balancing and representing the interests of both Myer and its concession partners, fostering strong and commercially successful partnerships.About the RoleBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with brand partners through consistent communication, credibility, and reliable deliveryDrive sales performance across all aligned brand partners by leading strategic discussions, negotiating agreements, and identifying day-to-day growth opportunitiesPartner with the Operations Manager to assess and optimise store space, supporting New Myer initiatives through brand rollouts and exitsProactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, taking ownership from investigation through to executionCollaborate with brand partners to develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales performance and enhance brand visibility for both Myer and its partners
About YouExperience working within a larger or ASX-listed organisations, with a strong understanding of operating in complex, fast-paced environments and delivering outcomes aligned to strategic and commercial business objectivesStrong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and ensuring the accuracy of financial forecastsCommercially savvy, with strong problem-solving skills, sound decision-making ability, and a strategic mindset supported by data analysis.Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage priorities independentlySolid understanding of retail dynamics, including suppliers, competitors, customers, and category trendsExperience managing key stakeholders and delivering outcomes through collaboration, coaching, and change managementProficient in relevant systems and tools, including data extraction and reportingDemonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to build and sustain successful supplier relationships
