Elmtree Migration Lawyers is a boutique Melbourne migration law firm with an experienced, top tier team. We represent some of the largest regional businesses in Australia including listed and multi-national companies.
Due to our growing practice, we are seeking a qualified, full time Lawyer to assist with:· Preparation of employer sponsored visa applications and labour agreement matters· Drafting of contracts and supporting documents on behalf of employers and foreign workers· Interviewing clients to determine the scope of legal work· Providing corporate migration legal advice to large employers· Compilation of supporting documents for visa applications· Drafting of legal submissions to the Department of Home Affairs and ART· Reviewing visa files and supervision of Graduate Lawyer and legal assistants
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Laws and be admitted to practice in the State of Victoria. Applicants should have strong academics (> credit average), excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen and at least 1 year of post qualification work experience at another migration law firm.We will provide a competitive salary package that is commensurate with work experience, exposure to high profile clients and training from top-tier lawyers in a boutique firm setting.
