The Role
We are seeking a reliable, safety-first Demolition Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations, lead field crews, and guarantee strict compliance with SafeWork NSW standards.

Note: Our scope of work does not include the removal of hazardous waste; all hazardous materials are left in place and managed exclusively by specialized third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Coordinate site setups, commercial strip-outs, structural demolition phases, and waste management tracking.

• Hazard Identification: Monitor the site for potential hazardous materials, ensuring they are left untouched and flagged for specialist extraction.

• Safety Leadership: Enforce Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), run daily toolbox talks, and maintain active exclusion zones.

• Dust & Compliance: Act as the primary supervisor for legislative site protocols, dust suppression, and silica mitigation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid NSW Site Supervisor Certificate

• Completed Legislative Asbestos Awareness Certification (for risk identification and reporting)

• Completed Silica Awareness Certification

• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Minimum 3+ years managing commercial demolition or structural strip-out environments
