You will be responsible for delivering and supervising specialist injection and consolidation works across a range of underground mining and civil applications, including:

• Resin injection and ground consolidation

• Fall recovery and strata rehabilitation

• Cavity filling using resins and foaming grout systems

• High-flow water control and water redirection solutions

• Injection trials and technical assessments

• Personnel supervision and workforce development

• Client support and business development activities

• Training and mentoring local personnel in specialist injection techniques

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in underground mining and/or specialist civil construction

• Demonstrated experience with chemical injection systems, resin applications and cementitious grouting techniques

• Knowledge of fall recovery, water management and ground support practices

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)

• Strong safety leadership and a proven commitment to safe work practices

• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel and undertake domestic and international assignments
