Retail Manager

You are a confident and approachable retail leader who enjoys being hands-on and developing people. You can bring structure to a busy environment, make sound decisions and maintain a positive team culture while delivering strong operational and customer outcomes. 

• Previous retail management or senior supervisory experience, ideally within pharmacy, health, beauty, grocery or another high-volume retail environment. 
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing a diverse team. 
• Confidence managing performance, attendance, conduct and other day-to-day staffing matters. 
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to calmly resolve complex or sensitive situations. 
• Sound operational judgement, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Experience coordinating recruitment, rostering, training and workplace safety activities. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders. 
• Comfort using point-of-sale, rostering, inventory and other retail systems. 
• A dedicated work ethic and willingness to work alongside the team during busy periods.
