 Role Overview

We are entering an exciting period of growth, with this role based in our brand-new West End showroom. You will play a key role in delivering high-energy, expert customer service in a modern retail environment while supporting both retail and B2B customers.

We are seeking a pool of staff available to work 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 1:00pm Saturday across a rotating roster.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced showroom setting and is available for peak periods, weekends, and university intake seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor with scrubs, footwear fittings, and equipment selection

• Support B2B clients with bulk orders, quotes, and product sampling

• Demonstrate and explain clinical equipment (e.g., fob watches, sphygmomanometers)

• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (e.g., compression socks, accessories, scrub sets)

Showroom Operations

• Maintain floor stock levels and replenish sizes/styles from storage

• Ensure fitting rooms, displays, and product areas remain clean and presentable

• Process POS transactions, returns, and basic customer data entry

Daily Operations

• Conduct opening and closing showroom routines

• Manage click & collect orders and customer enquiries (email, phone, and social channels)

• Re-merchandise stock and maintain showroom security standards

What We’re Looking For

• Availability for a rotating roster including Saturdays and peak trade periods (e.g., university intake weeks)

• Ability to switch confidently between retail customer service and clinical product support

• Experience in retail or healthcare/medical-adjacent environments highly regarded

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable learning and demonstrating basic medical equipment
