No refrigeration experience? We'll teach you. We're looking for someone who's smart, driven and genuinely good with people — the product knowledge comes after.

For over 15 years we've supplied commercial refrigeration to Sydney kitchens, cafés, butchers, bakeries, supermarkets, schools and councils. We supply leading brands including Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Icematic, Bromic, Skope and Williams alongside our own imported range, backed by local delivery and our own licensed technicians.

Our customers range from single-site cafés to schools, councils and law enforcement facilities — you'll be specifying equipment for real commercial kitchens, not selling boxes.

We're now rebuilding how the business works — new website, modern CRM, AI-assisted workflows, and a shift from order-taking to genuine consulting. We don't want to sell whatever's on the shelf. We want to understand a customer's site, their load, their budget, and specify the right equipment. That's the job.

The role

This is a hands-on role in a small team. You'll own the full journey from enquiry to delivery:

• Respond to phone, email and website enquiries — quickly, and with a real answer
• Understand what the customer is actually trying to solve, then specify equipment that fits their site and budget
• Prepare quotes, follow up, close, and coordinate delivery
• Own every lead end to end: track it in our CRM, follow up properly, and record why it won or lost. We learn from every one.
• Manage stock and warehouse operations at Milperra — receiving, dispatch, stock accuracy
• Build repeat relationships. Around half our revenue comes from customers who come back.

What we'll teach you

If you're willing to learn, we'll invest in you properly:

• Consultative sales methodology used by top performers in this industry — the questions, the framing, the follow-up
• Commercial refrigeration product knowledge and system specification
• CRM (Pipedrive / HubSpot / our own platform), Xero, Google Ads, Mailchimp
• Practical AI tools for research, drafting and analysis — we're building these into how we work
• Import, freight and supply chain fundamentals if you're interested

You don't need to know any of this yet. You need to be able to learn it fast and apply it.

What we're looking for

• Genuinely proactive — you chase the lead, you don't wait for it
• Strong people skills. You can read a customer, handle a difficult call, and build trust over time
• Fast learner who grasps the method, not just the steps
• Organised enough to keep every lead tracked and nothing dropped
• Comfortable with systems and software; curious about new tools
• Physically able to work in a warehouse environment
• Australian driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia
• Mandarin/English bilingual ability is highly regarded — we deal directly with our manufacturing partners in China

Experience in refrigeration, catering equipment, hospitality supply or technical B2B sales is a plus, but attitude and aptitude matter more. Recent graduates with the right drive are welcome to apply.
