Head Chef

About the role

As Head Chef, you will have full ownership of the kitchen. From menu development and food quality to labour management, supplier relationships, and team culture. You'll be cooking. You'll be leading. And you'll be doing both with a team that's genuinely proud of where they work. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume venue with the backing of a group that knows how to support its people.

Key responsibilities

• Menu development and food quality management.

• Labour management and team leadership.

• Supplier relationships and procurement.

• Food cost and labour control.

• Rostering.

• Leading from the pass.

• Building and developing kitchen team culture.

About you

• Minimum five years' experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-volume environment.

• Strong financial acumen - food cost, labour control, and rostering.

• Established supplier relationships and confident procurement practices.

• A coaching mentality - you elevate the people around you.

• Comfort working within a multicultural, fast-paced team environment.
