ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR/SALES CONSULTANT

We're looking for a motivated, confident, and outgoing Electrical Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for an electrician who wants to get off the tools, increase their earning potential, and help customers find the right electrical solutions for their home.

You won't be cold calling or door knocking. Our office books your appointments, and you'll attend pre-qualified warm leads with customers who have already requested a quote.

• Attend pre-booked appointments with residential customers.

• Listen to the customer's needs and provide professional electrical advice and recommendations.

• Prepare and present quotes on-site.

• Convert enquiries into approved jobs.

• Hand over sold work to our installation team, who will complete the electrical work.

• Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence.

• Previous sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.

• Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills.

• A driven personality with a genuine desire to earn great money.

• Someone who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Team player mentality – if you're not a team player, this isn't the role for you.

• Excellent base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
