What you'll be doing?

Maintain Security Systems: Ensure all security equipment is maintained to the highest standards, performing both remote and on-site maintenance.

Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues, ensuring minimal downtime for critical operations.

Install and Commission: Install, commission, and maintain security systems, CCTV, and site communications, ensuring optimal performance.

Support and Maintenance: Provide site maintenance and support as part of planned maintenance contracts, including cleaning cameras and inspecting access control equipment.

Project Planning: Plan centralisation projects to unify on a single system, allowing for multi-site viewing and control.

Documentation and Training: Create and update documentation, including design documents and test plans, ensuring knowledge transfer and process improvement.

Customer Support: Answer support calls and manage service tickets, delivering exceptional customer service.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring your skills and knowledge are current.
Who are they looking for?

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in telecommunications or security systems, with a focus on remote site operations.

Remote Work Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in remote site environments, including FIFO roles.

Technical Knowledge: Good general IP technology knowledge, including routers, switches, networks, and IP protocol concepts.
